As Head of Tax Lawyer, you will be responsible for leading a team in providing top-notch tax advisory services to the diverse client base. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, developing tax strategies, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
Join our team of experts responsible for assisting our domestic and international clients on all tax-related issues.
- Oversee client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies tailored to clients' unique needs and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues, staying abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on all tax-related matters.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in tax law, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients.

**Profile**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing tax law, with demonstrated expertise in areas such as taxation, international tax, or tax controversy.
- You hold a university degree in law, ideally completed by a post-graduate degree in tax law.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Business acumen and the ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the firm's tax legal practice.
- You are motivated, dynamic, able to work both in-ependently and in a team, and are eager to develop strong relationships with clients in an international context.
- Experience working in a law firm or big 4 companies.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Responsible and resilient.
- Critical sense and capacity to question.
