Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: In-house Lawyer Main Tasks and Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and support on matters related to Financial Law and Governance (alternative real estate investment funds), Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, and other areas of expertise. - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, ensuring their compliance with applicable legislation. - Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare clear and precise legal opinions. - Monitor legislative developments and ensure the implementation of new rules and regulations applicable to the company's activities. - Collaborate with internal teams and external legal teams to ensure the legal compliance of the company's projects or operations. - Provide legal support to various departments within the company, as requested. Role Requirements: - Law degree with a valid registration in the Portuguese Bar Association. - Minimum of 2 years' post-internship experience as a lawyer in relevant areas, particularly Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, and Financial Law (management of collective investment schemes). - In-depth knowledge of the Portuguese legal system and its respective practice areas. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Excellent ability to analyse and interpret legislation. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously. - High sense of responsibility and professional ethics. - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. - Fluency in Portuguese and English. Location and Schedule: - Full-Time / Lisbon, hybrid role (2 to 3 days per week in the office are expected)
