De Brito Properties, a recognized Property Finder since 2014, focused on attracting international clients interested in investing and residing in Portugal (with an average of 85% of our clients coming from abroad), is expanding its team and opening a new office in Almancil. We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Consultant to join our team in the Algarve (from Lagos to Tavira), with the goal of developing our portfolio of luxury properties, responding to the growing demand in this strategic market. - Strategic Presence in Portugal: We operate through three offices: one in Lisbon, in the Estrela district; another in Azeitão, 40 km south of Lisbon in the Arrábida region; and the last one in Almancil, at the heart of the Algarve's prestigious Golden Triangle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and managing a portfolio of luxury properties and high-end international clients, leveraging your existing network and expertise.
- Providing specialized consulting to International Buyers and luxury property Owners.
- Evaluating properties with a focus on the luxury market and investment potential.
- Negotiating and closing deals with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners (lawyers, financial advisors, etc.).

**Required Profile**:

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in the real estate market, preferably in the luxury and/or investment segment.
- Fluency in English (other languages are welcomed as nordic countries, Germany, The Netherlands).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong results orientation and focus on targets.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of the Algarve real estate market.
