**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- A minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree from a nationally recognized/certified university in a related discipline and 2 years of post-related experience;
- OR, alternatively, the lack of a university degree can be compensated by demonstrating particular abilities or experience that is of interest to NCI Agency, specifically at least 6 years of extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the post's function;
- Expertise in duties related to the function of the post, with proven experience in service or project management, including resource management (people, budgets, time, etc) in a training environment;
- A recognized formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP;
- OR, lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by demonstrating expertise and experience in the domain;
- Previous experience in Agile project management.
- Previous experience in Business Development;
- Proven analytical skills to produce meaningful business intelligence for decision makers using BI tools such as Tableau or MS PowerBI;
- Proven experience in customer-focused roles and customer relationship management;
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- A strong knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken.
**Desirable**:
- Practical experience in working for other NATO agencies or organizations;
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
- Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT;
- Excellent understanding of NCI Agency processes and procedures related to initiating and staffing projects in the NCI Agency (e.g., Customer Request Forms, Request for Proposals, Price Proposals, EBA, etc.);
- Evidence of prior experience and in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Project Management tool;
- Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of the NCI Agency Enterprise Business Applications (EBA);
- Prior experience with the NCI Agency Training Management System (TMS);
- Prior experience in a JIRA administrator role;
- Prior experience in MS VISIO;
- Prior experience in Business Relationship Management and Design & Creative Thinking;
- Some knowledge of the other language NATO languages, both written and spoken
**Duties/role**:
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of NCI Academy business activities using appropriate project management principles, processes, and tools;
- Supporting the definition, execution, and satisfactory completion of assigned projects, including identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues related to the project;
- Ensuring the maintenance of realistic project plans and regular, accurate communication to stakeholders;
- Managing, monitoring, and controlling assigned projects;
- Providing support for understanding customer requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, and problem resolution;
- Collaborating with stakeholder groups as part of formal or informal consultancy agreements;
- Maintaining a customer focus, acting as a customer focal point to diplomatically handle various problem management and business-related issues;
- Contributing to Academy customer engagement activities;
- Drafting and managing Business Planning Branch documentation, particularly Service Support Training Agreements;
- Providing a monthly report to the Project Portfolio Manager using the Agency's reporting tool/framework;
- Ensuring that assigned projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, with lessons learned recorded;
- Generating quarterly training delivery reports and liaising with Agency Finance staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quarterly training delivery invoices to the appropriate recipient;
- Contributing to the Business Planning Branch's business intelligence and SharePoint web/portal-page;
- Performing other assigned tasks as needed.
