**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Responsible for ensuring the management and implementation of the IAM Program, aligned with the AAA strategy and infosec requirements;
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the IAM program and team;
- Work collaboratively with all areas to achieve the functional requirements;
- Work with the team, Product Owners and Solution Designers in shaping a product roadmap and integration method;
- Monitor compliance with Worten policies, regulations, and customer requirements;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data;
- Define workflows for provisioning accesses;
- Define and manage implementation plan;
- Document processes and procedures and keep it updated;
- Train users on policies and procedures;
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions;
- Interact with vendor to report or escalate issues.

**REQUIRES**
- Strong capability of management and leadership;
- Interpersonal relationship and positive influence;
- Strong ability to plan and organize/prioritize tasks;
- Ability to anticipate critical situations and propose solutions;
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, such as SSO, role-based access control, and identity federation;
- User provisioning and identity management solutions experience, including design of user provisioning technologies (e.g. AD/Azure AD,
- SailPoint, Okta,);
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos;
- Worked with Atlassian solutions or similar;
- Experience with REST APIs integrations;
- Familiar with Postman, Insomnia, or any other API testing tool;
- Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, and PowerShell;
- Familiarity with networking concepts like firewalls, VPNs, and DNS;
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to identity and access management;
- Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends;
- Good skills in English, both written and spoken.
