**Head of Government Business | Western Europe**:
Join our fast-growing team as the Head of Global Sales for the 'Government Business' segment, preferably based in Western Europe.

**Responsibilities**:
Your role includes:

- Develop and implement a global sales strategy targeting government, defense, and public safety markets.
- Build trust with major clients such as Navy, shipyards, integrators, and USV manufacturers.
- Identify, pursue, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals with government agencies, ministries, coast guards, navies, and multilateral organizations.
- Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers and partners in defense and security sectors.
- Coordinate with product and R&D teams to align solutions with customer needs and regulatory standards.
- Represent SEA.AI at industry events, defense expos, and government briefings.
- Manage proposal development, RFP/RFQ responses, and contract negotiations in accordance with procurement laws.
- Provide sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and report quarterly to the executive team.

**Your Profile and Qualifications**:

- Over 5 years of international sales experience, especially in government or defense sectors.
- A proven record of closing high-value deals in complex government environments.
- In-depth knowledge of public procurement, defense acquisition, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills; experience in building global teams.
- A strong network in maritime, aerospace, defense, or homeland security sectors is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally (30-50%).
- Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree or military background is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages like French, Spanish, or Arabic are beneficial.
