We are currently looking for an Account Payable Supervisor to join our Finance team. This role will have the responsibility of coordinating all accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and continuous end-to-end processing; including invoice processing, query resolution, preparing payments, employee expense processing, and analysis.

Main Responsabilities
- Supervise and process Accounts Payable Invoices, including matching invoices to purchase orders, entering invoices into the accounting system, and managing supplier calls
- Supervise and process payments of supplier invoices making the relevant entries to the General Ledger
- Supervise and process employee expense sheets, monitoring for accuracy and adherence to policies
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company spending controls and policies.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts across several European and Latam entities on a monthly basis
- Proactive query resolution - internally and externally
- Coordinate a team of 3 to 4 people
- Assisting with the provision of schedules in support of the year-end statutory audits

Experience
- Previous Accounts Payable Experience
- Knowledge and experience of using accounting system Great Plains or similar
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs/Pivot tables)

- Excellent communication skills
- Methodical, attentive to detail, and able to process a large volume of transactions
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong and flexible attitude towards work
- Able to work under pressure and make decisions - flexible and adaptable
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Desirable, Portugues, French, and Italian.
