Join Anova's Data & Reporting team as a Business Intelligence Data Analyst and play a crucial role in transforming complex data into actionable insights. You'll dive into extensive data sets covering customer, product, pricing, and billing information to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decisions. This position is key to ensuring we respond swiftly to stakeholder needs and identifying opportunities for enhancing our reporting capabilities in the medium to long term. **About the Role**:

- Transform data into actionable insights and driving improvements on business processes.
- Act as a point of contact for the data team, working closely with business users to understand their requirements around data and analytics.
- Be able to connect with the Data Engineering teams to improve and expand the current stack of reports and dashboards.
- Create and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to various stakeholders, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations.
- Working continuously on documentation, to improve data quality processes and procedures and overall data quality.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as an Analyst in Business Intelligence & Analytics working with complex data sets
- A degree in analytics, mathematics, or a related field
- Proficient in SQL and/or python, and knowledge of ETL process and tools
- Experience in reporting tools, such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
- Expert in Excel, capable of writing functions and formulas
- A proficient capacity of identifying insights; separating valuable information from noise
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
