Nina Brunch Café has just opened in **Parque das Nações, Lisbon**, and we’re looking for a **Senior or Head Waiter** to help create an exceptional guest experience from the ground up. If you have a keen eye for the floor, know how to build seamless workflows, and thrive in providing warm, quality service we’d love to meet you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Ensure a **smooth and efficient floor operation**, working closely with the manager, kitchen and bar to coordinate service.
- **Lead by example** with great hospitality, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Act as a link between guests and the team, making sure every visitor feels cared for and welcome.
- Spot inefficiencies and help design **processes that improve staff performance and guest flow**.
- Contribute to staff training and onboarding of new team members.
- Support daily service and handle any service issues quickly and gracefully.
- Use your knowledge to **suggest dishes and upsell in a natural, respectful way** to our guests

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior experience in a **senior waiter or floor leadership role**, preferably in a fast-paced brunch or café environment.
- **Fluent/native in both Portuguese and English** you’ll interact with a multicultural team and guests.
- Strong sense of **attention to detail** and the ability to see the full floor picture.
- A natural **people person** with excellent communication skills.
- Someone who can create a fun, respectful, and motivated working environment.
- Passion for food, coffee, and great customer service.
- **Full-time work or Consultancy available**, covering weekends and holidays.
