**Your Role**:
As Quality Systems Engineer you are an important part of our global and regional quality organization. You support development of the quality management system and other quality standards at the global and regional level. Locally you coordinate the creation of new processes and procedures to facilitate the implementation of quality systems. In your dialy work, you will:

- Manage and implement Quality Management System (EOS/STAGES) to meet national, international, and customer standards.
- Organize and communicate changes in EOS, customer requirements, and technical standards to relevant sectors.
- Provide management with quality system status reports and corrective action compliance.
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures and certifications.
- Enhance global QMS standards and develop Quality OS for all quality functions.
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, etc.).
- Maintain onsite team of certified auditors for internal audits.
- Support recruitment and training of department employees in quality system activities.
- Collaborate with other locations within the quality system organization

**Your Background**:

- Bachelor/Master Degree in engineering, science or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in Quality System
- Good communication skills & fluent in Portuguese and English
- Knowldege of basic quality tools
- Knowlegde of Automotive quality standards : IATF 16949, preferentiable VDAs
- Knowlegde of Automotive core tools ( SPC, FMEA,APQP, MSA, PPAP )
- Confident handling of common MS Office
