**A Fed Finance, empresa especializada em Recrutamento Temporário e Permanente na área da Contabilidade e Finanças empresariais, encontra-se a recrutar um Collection Specialist (F/M) para uma Multinacional baseada em Oeiras, com fluência em French. Oferecemos: -Contrato de 3 meses com possibilidades de renovação - Vencimento : max 1200€ brutos / mês (consoante experiência) - regime de trabalho hybrido 2 dia de teletrabalho por semana**
**A SUA POSIÇÃO**:
Reporting directly to the Collections Manager, you will perform several accounting and treasury tasks to the subsidiaries:

- Manage client portfolio in a multinational environment;
- Ensure payment deadlines;
- Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
- Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
- Follow-up on customer accounts;
- Identify solutions to the problems presented;

**O SEU PERFIL**:

- Fluency on Excel (advanced excel) and SAP;
- Language: French (minimum B2);
- Experience in cash-collection position, At least 2 years’ experience in similar position.

Experience within a shared service environment would be a plus);
- Good knowledge in finance.
