Since 2015, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has a competences center in Lisbon named the Portugal International Markets Hub (“PIMH”). This center manages certain activities for the International Markets (“IM”) sites of BNPPWM namely Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany and Monaco

Your mission will consist in carrying out various cross-functional controls and analyses and producing quantitative and qualitative reports

Finally, you will be involved in various projects impacting your activity

**Your Main Activities Are**

Main QRM Responsibilities- Support and develop end user computing tools (MS Access VBA) for operations, allowing a control on order flow and data flow- Participate to the controls of the activity- Coordinate various cross-functional tasks between various Operations departments (site support, error account monitoring, among others)- Define, produce and exploit quantitative indicators for all Operations departments (monthly) and for the sites (quarterly)- Guarantee a quality customer service to the various banks (quarterly indicators, regular control, follow-up of requests, among others)- Participate in Continuous Efficiency Improvement projects within the Operations department- Ensure the operational integration of new products by coordinating analyses and their drafting- Reports to Quality & Risk Management Team LeaderMain UAT Officer Responsibilities
- In charge of coordinating for UAT with IT Support and Project Managers- Define Test Planning- Develop test cases- Check availability of other testers-
- UAT Follow-up (raise issue and provide progress report)- Reports to Quality & Risk Management Team LeaderMain SWISS management document responsibilities (Mailing Coordinator)
- In charge of coordinating for bank mailing delivery- On average, every year a few dozen of letters sent to our clients- Content from distinct nature (New tarification, Regulatory policies, Commercial, general conditions, among others)- Mailing content and wording format- Coordinate with translation companies- Validate templates format- Validate production formats before invoice- Checking exhaustivity- Control that the perimeter defined is consistent with the target oneTemplates management
- Maintenance of documentation data used by the Bank for WM in Tempo and Docusign- Documentation update- Logo- Specific or standard formats- Codification- Check documents Audit track- Documentation Archive- Prepare and give documentation user guide- Publish documentation in Tempo and Docusign for electronic signatureData Management
- Cost Price update in Front-Office System- Reports to Quality & Risk Management Team Leader**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor Degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration or Accounting

Up to 2 years of Experience in customer service, business support or middle office jobs

Knowledge of banking activities and operations, in particular stock exchange operations, derivatives and funds

Technical skills, to understand the IT banking systems

Ease at analysis and understanding complex processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (MS Excel), Access and Business Object

Ability to understand and build VBA skills for simple MS Access queries and Excel macros

**About the Team**

BNPP Wealth Management Quality & Risk Management team is looking to expand and it will do so in Portugal. This is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing PIMH family as a Quality & Risk Management UAT Junior Officer

The main objective of the Quality & Risk Management team is to ensure that the quality of the Operations Department's production is monitored, including activities under service, contracts with BNP Paribas entities (sites). It also supports the development of WM and product offerings
