**Purpose of Position**:
Perform and monitor the installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of Company systems, databases and related infrastructures, to guarantee that they are fully functional and that all standard procedures for systems administration are followed.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure and administer Company systems and server related infrastructure, to ensure they are fully functional;
- Perform ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Windows file server hardware and operating system software, including patch management, hardware migrations and system upgrades in a 365x24x7 high availability global environment;
- Ongoing review of NetJets’ server infrastructure, including the taking of proactive measures to ensure continued stability;
- Assess and identify appropriate solutions to be integrated into company’s systems operations, providing recommendations to manager/supervisor, to ensure the optimization of Company systems;
- Troubleshoot network, hardware and software, assessing and identifying appropriate solutions to solve the problems in a timely and accurate manner;
- Develop, document and communicate related IT systems and server-based policies, procedures and guidelines as defined by management;
- Assist the IT Operations Manager in implementing, testing and maintaining server level disaster recovery plans, to ensure that business activities are not affected despite complex risks;
- Manage systems, servers and infrastructure related projects and activities as well as forward planning and control of tasks;
- Second/Third-level Help Desk ticket resolution for a 365x24x7 operation;
- Participation in an on-call after-hours support rotation.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or extensive proven general IT experience to ensure the same level of knowledge;
- 5 years of experience in Systems Administration;
- Good Networking skills;
- Excellent Hardware and Software skills under Intel platforms;
- High Proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
