**E-Rede’s Human Resources and Organizations Department**, whose mission is to design, alongside with the Board of Directors, policies and People Management strategies, ensuring its implementation through transversal projects and promoting an experience of quality, development and continuous appreciation of employees, in alignment with the culture of Company, contributing to the competitiveness and sustainability of E REDES, intends to recruit for the Sellection team:
**Job description**:
**E-REDES** is looking for a vibrant People Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment and talent development efforts.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the recruitment process for different open positions, both internal and external, and contribute to the establishment of effective recruitment practices across multiple locations using corporate tools and processes. You will also represent E-REDES at external events and actively participate in numerous initiatives regarding the organizations' People Development agenda:
**Talent attraction**
- Facilitate internal mobility within the organization (Permanent, Temporary, and Project-Based).
- Maintain efficient communication with hiring managers and throughout the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding stages.
- Ensure that all applicants are tracked from the selection stage to the hiring stage, providing timely and professional feedback.
- Participate in the onboarding and integration process for new hires and manage the probationary period for employees.
- Use internal social media platforms, networking, and research skills to identify talents for internal positions.
- Attend and actively participate in Job Fairs, Career Days, and University forums.
**People Development**
- Assist in corporate and local development programs and initiatives;
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives;
- Support the global HR strategy by developing and implementing digital tools, new policies, and processes.
**What kind of profile are we looking for?**
- University Degree in Management, Human Resources or related fields;
- Up to 3 years' experience in HR processes, ideally with some experience in recruitment and people development projects;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written);
- Strong computer skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Experience in competency-based interviewing techniques or related methodologies.
