Are you passionate about data and curious about the inner workings of HR? At Emma, we’re looking for a motivated intern to join our People Analytics team within People & Organization. [VS1] In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people data operations — maintaining our most important data source and supporting impactful analytics across all areas of HR. You’ll gain broad exposure to different HR domains and grow your technical skills in a small, collaborative team.

**What you’ll do**:

- You will build, maintain, and continuously improve our core employee data sources from our several HR systems and platforms.
- You will work together with Process Excellence teams to ensure data quality [VS1]
- You will take part in exciting projects by streamlining data storage, reporting processes, and analytics workflows.
- You will collaborate with various People & Organization teams to develop insightful dashboards and reports.
- You will use your tool-based skills to eliminate inefficiencies across teams.
- You will support teams by improving existing Excel tools for data collection and automating manual processes wherever possible.
- You will help foster Excel expertise across the P&O department by sharing best practices and supporting training initiatives.
- You will gain broad exposure to a variety of HR domains — from Talent Acquisition to People Development — through the lens of data and analytics.

**What you’ll bring us**:

- You have an independent, structured, and detail-oriented approach to your work.
- You are currently studying or have studied Mathematics, Business Intelligence, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You are proficient to highly proficient in MS Excel and excited to become an expert (bonus points if you know some Python or SQL).
- You enjoy helping others and are keen to share your knowledge to elevate team skills.
- You are data-driven and love uncovering insights through analysis.
- You are curious, motivated to learn, and eager to explore how data can shape HR decisions.
