ROLE

Report directly to the CEO and oversee strategic projects from initiation to completion.

Identify, analyze, and resolve critical issues across departments.

Collaborate with department heads and the C-suite to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Provide data-driven insights to inform strategy.

Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

Contribute to overall strategic planning and company direction.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA highly desirable

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, strategy, or consultancy

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
