FLOW MONITORING OPERATOR (JOB NUMBER: 2205CIBPDB11138) **About the job** - The Flow Monitoring Operator’s main focus is on contributing to the improvement of the existing processes and working methods, executing autonomously specific activities in the entire business unit and participating in group projects **Your Main Activities Are** - Monitor the quality of the automated production, exectuted by BDDF and BNPPF for the entire BNP Paribas Group for perimeters such as Payments, Swift and Cash Management - Supervise the E2E flows that pass via Swift infrastructure, payments and cash, executed by BDDF and BNPPF on behalf of all entities of BNP Paribas Group - Enure an efficient management of all production incidents and coordinate all interventions of all parties concerned in restoring the service - Ensure the support level 1 for the Middle Office Cash Management - Pilot the payment flows of sensitive clients of the Cash Management filière - Ensure the operational monitoring of the E2E processes based on available tools and procedures, by identifying the process gap in relation to normally expected functioning and ensure the interventions to repair and unblock recurrent flows - Alert the incident management teams in case of abnormal behaviour of payment flows by transmiting a swift and precise communication and handle recurrent incidents - Within the framework of continuous improvements, identify the weaknesses of the processes and recurrent cases and communicate with level 2 for the handling of improvement projects of internal processes and procedures **Profile and Skills to Success** - Expertise in Banking and Financial Operations - Fluency in English, with French and Dutch being a plus - Ability to efficiently collaborate with others - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - Strong analytical skills **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
