In this vital role you will own the engagement model between Amgen's Digital, Technology, and Innovation (DTI) organization and our global business partners in Finance and Human Resources. We seek a technology leader with a passion for innovation and a collaborative working style that partners optimally with business and DTI leaders. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish an effective engagement model to collaborate with senior leaders in Finance and Human Resources with a focus on geographies in Europe, Asia, and Latin America
- Lead and develop a staff of Product Analysts
- Interact with business clients, DTI management, and business partners to create technology roadmaps, build business cases, and participate in agile product teams to achieve the roadmaps
- Help to mature Agile operating principles through deployment of creative and consistent practices for user story development, robust testing and quality oversight, and focus on user experience

- Experience developing a multiyear technology plan focused on delivering business capabilities in an agile model
- Familiar with Finance and Human Resources system architecture, functional design concepts, and internal controls; experience with large enterprise systems such as SAP, Hyperion, and Workday a plus
- Understanding of business processes in Human Resources and Corporate Finance organizations
- Ability to build compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations
- Understand business functionality and translate it into user stories
- Experience with test plan management and user experience design
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functions
- Sharp learning agility, problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication in English language
