**Customer Service Advisor Front Office - French Speaker (M/F/d)**
Porto,Portugal (req6226)
**What you will enjoy doing**
- Guide the customers through the Webshop
- Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained
- Transfer queries to the corresponding department
**What makes you great**
- French with C2 level and English with B2 level, both mandatory
- Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions
- SAP and Office Tools Basic Knowledge is preferred
- Able to work in a results oriented team
- Minimum required Secondary school

**What we offer you**
**This role is a full time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 7:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.**
