**Function**:

- As a Customer Service Advisor in Front Office your responsibilities are the following ones:
- Attention to patients and customers while maintaining the levels of service and quality defined by the company;
- Record in the computer system orders, complaints or queries, directing, if necessary, the request to the corresponding area;
- Give support to both internal and external customers;
- Performing complementary administrative tasks;

**Requirements**:

- Secondary Education;
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or in the health sector is valued;
- Computer skills: Knowledge of office or other platforms and SAP/ERP
- Languages: Dutch fluent mandatory and English valuable.
- Skills: Professional profile focused on customer satisfaction, with good communication skills, empathy, autonomy, sense of responsibility and team work
