Founded in 1879, our client is widely renowned and has more than 70,000 employees. Our client is a really exciting multinational company that is responsible for gazes production in the medical and industrial fields.
**¿Qué harás?**:
- As a Customer Service Front Office Advisor:
- You will guide customers in facilitating the use of their webshop.
- You will be working in conjunction with other areas of the company.
- You will be transferring customer queries to other departments.
**¿A quién buscamos?**:
- You are the person we are looking for if:- You have a proficient/native level of Dutch and an intermediate level of English.
- You are proactive, goal-oriented and focus to answer our customers' needs.
- You have some experience working with the Office Suite and SAP (valuable).
- You are able to work in a multicultural team and oriented to achieve results (KPI's).
- You have some experience working as a Customer Service Advisor - Front Office - It would be a plus.**¿Qué ofrecemos?**:
