**The Position**
The Commercial Operations Lead position is part of Organon Leadership Team in Portugal subsidiary. Working closely with the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for ensuring the achievements of strategic business projects monitoring all commercial operations and local alliances, being responsible for a team managing Data, Analytics, Sales Force and Demand Planning.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Leadership team to develop strategic and operational plans, monitoring progress, managing execution, and measuring results.
- Support Managing Director in decision making process for transversal business initiatives by ensuring correct data analysis and assessment, backgrounders development, risk identification and mitigation
- Execute effective order management to ensure product coverage to meet patient need in the most efficient way possible, while complying with our public service obligation to supply local demand and minimize supply disruptions and prevent product shortages.
- Lead customer service ensuring high levels of service to key customers and stakeholders.
- Manage tools and outputs for SFE and use analytics to better understand key business drivers and levers. Define the corresponding KPIs and metrics to track them.
- Work with external providers of data and data analytics to maintain and develop new tools to leverage against the business analytics challenges identified.
- Ensure the development of interactive visualizations, reports and dashboards, to provide actionable insights to the business.
- Ensure effective partner management and seamless execution on current and future alliances, by acting as the central point of contact with the partner.
- Ensure adherence of the partner and Organon to the service-level agreements, performance metrics and other contractual obligations.
- Act as key interface and coordinator between partners and internal departments including Supply Chain, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access and Finance for Alliance Management.
- Drive Innovative solutions and lead projects for transversal initiatives that involve different areas and stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with all Company policies as well as applicable government regulations.
**Required Education, Experience, and Skills**
- ** Your profile**
- Minimum of a university degree in Management, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Business Intelligence or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 10 years’ experience in commercial operations and customer relationships.
- 5+ years people management experience required.
- Experience in pharma industry.
- Business and financial acumen, digital capabilities, data analytics and insights
- Fluent English and Portuguese

**Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills**
- MBA and / or Postgraduate degree highly desirable.
- 3+ as part of Leadership Team (preferred).
- Experience in program execution/implementation and change management is a plus.
- Experience in alliance management and customer service are also a plus.
