For our headquarter in **Lisbon** we are looking for a

**Commercial Asset Manager - Asset Operations (f/m/d)**

The Team of Asset Operations Iberia mainly concentrates on three pillars: i) integral management of the renewable energy projects once those reach the operational phase after the handover process from Construction Team, ii) intensive collaboration with other departments to develop and redefine top quality asset management standards and iii) continuous relationship with all project stakeholders (either internal or external) to act as key contributor for project´s technical and financial performance.

As a part of the Asset Operations Team, the Commercial Asset Manager will report into the Head of Asset Operations. Hence, your focus will mainly be the monitoring and supervision of our Portuguese renewable energy projects - closely collaborating with the Technical Asset Manager and the wider team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Commercial management of operating photovoltaic projects, such as
- Definition and continuous update of the Operational Budget
- Update of rolling cash forecasts to identify any potential breach or upside regarding the assets
- Supervision and validation of the monthly closures
- Invoicing and payment supervision
- Support during the formulation of the annual accounts and the audit processes from the operational standpoint.
- Monitor the controlling and accounting function performed by the stakeholder party, update the actuals & forecasts economics of the projects
- Monitor the business plans and the forecasts, analyzing the potential deviations and their root causes and providing action plans to mitigate them
- Support management during the operational phase of our PV projects, ensuring the alignment and cooperation of all the involved areas (Investment, Development, Construction and AM)
- Contract management along Project's lifetime including contractual deadlines monitoring
- Close cooperation with the team Strategy Asset Management Team (SAM) as key input provider for the business model

**Your qualifications**
- Completed University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
- 3-5 years of experience Commercial Asset Management, Asset Management or Project Management
- Financial knowledge of Photovoltaic or other renewable energy projects (key aspects of the business model)
- Hybrid interest in commercial and technical aspects of asset management
- High level of self motivation and ability to work independently, combined with natural team identification
- MS Office, especially Excel expertise is to be expected
- High focus on setting priorities, keeping up with deadlines, communication and organisational abilities
- Fluent language skills in Portuguese and English are mandatory
