Internship Influencer Marketing

**What you'll do**:
- Be a part of the Global Influencer Marketing team, working with different Emma markets to analyze and optimize performance across the different influencer marketing platforms, document and share best practices, spot new trends, and ensure good data hygiene
- Be responsible for growing influencer revenue profitably by taking charge of data hygiene, activity and contracts logging, code creation, order creation
- Closely collaborate with country marketing teams to marry global influencer marketing best practices with country context, discount strategy, and market trends, in order to hit overall targets
- Create weekly and monthly analyses and performance recommendations to monitor and improve performance of the channel for partner countries
- Collect and share learnings, content and best practices across the wider Emma influencer marketing operation
**What we're looking for**:
- Go-getters who wants to plan, analyze, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns
- Has strong analytical skills, business judgment, and communication skills, with a good balance of creativity in terms of being able to generate new marketing ideas
- Is proficient with MS Office, especially in Excel
- Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing performance data
- Has a strong sense of ownership, independence, and initiative, while being able to collaborate with several other teams
- Is very communicative, open, and enjoys working in a team that is pushing towards ambitious goals
