To support our growth we are looking for an experienced **Health & Safety Technician** (M/F)
- Porto.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and enforce guidelines, standards, and operational practices that guarantee adherence to environmental and safety regulations;
- Perform ongoing reviews and assessments of environmental and safety conditions to detect improvement opportunities and maintain regulatory compliance;
- Deliver training initiatives focused on environmental and safety topics, ensuring teams stay informed and prepared;
- Develop detailed incident documentation, analyze root causes of accidents, and introduce corrective actions to avoid future occurrences;
- Support facilities management by handling utilities contracts (electricity, gas) and liaising with HVAC providers to ensure continuous operational performance.

**The Ideal Fit**
- Higher degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or related fields;
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field;
- Proven experience in environmental and safety roles in the healthcare industry (highly valued but not eliminatory);
- Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations and standards - ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (not mandatory but valued);
- Very good command of English;
- Availability to commute to different locations in the country.
