**Job Description** Your Mission**
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while leading risk analyses and driving continuous improvement in safety and sustainability.
**What You'll Do**
- Analyze and evaluate professional and environmental risks across the site
- Investigate safety and environmental events (accidents, incidents, near misses)
- Monitor accident indicators and trends
- Support the implementation of preventive and corrective actions
- Raise awareness and train staff on workplace risks and eco-friendly practices
- Identify, report, and communicate risks at various workstations
- Provide input during the setup of new equipment or facilities
**Qualifications** What We're Looking For**
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly
- Calm under pressure, with a rigorous and proactive mindset
- Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1 level)
- Passion for safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
