**Senior NetSuite Administrator - 6-Month Contract (Full-Time, Remote)**
We’re looking for an experienced **Senior NetSuite Administrator** to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system, supporting a global finance function and driving system improvements across key business areas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own the day-to-day administration and configuration of NetSuite, supporting modules across finance, accounting, and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, ensure data accuracy, and support ongoing reporting requirements.
- Support multi-entity operations including financial reporting, intercompany processes, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and workflows to enhance visibility and automation.
- Lead and support system integrations, enhancements, and regular updates.
- Act as a key point of contact for user support and training across departments.
- Work with external partners and third-party tools to extend system capabilities where needed.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
- Solid understanding of finance processes including reporting, consolidations, and intercompany workflows.
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteScript is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with remote teams.
