**Your responsabilities**:
- Assist **French Speaking** Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to the customers inquiries.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

- You speak **French** in proficiency
- Intermediate English level (at least B2)
- You already live in Portugal

**Main duties**:
- Possible start on **09/10**:
- Working schedule**:Monday to Sunday** (8:00 -21:00), 8h/day, 40h/ 5 days per week,2 rotational days off
- **Remote from districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarem, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro**:
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work
**Competitive salary and remuneration system**:
- **895€ gross** x 12months +**2 extra** salaries per year
- **up to 100€ gross** monthly performance bonus,
- meal allowance**:7,23€ NET/working day (voucher)**:
- transport allowance**:20€ / month**
