- We don’t need any experience, we offer training
- **Rotational shifts system: Monday -Sunday (8:00 -21:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays (2 rotational days off)**

The new company combines WarnerMedia’s premium entertainment, sports and news assets with Discovery’s leading non-fiction and international entertainment and sports businesses.

We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our team in Portugal.

We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- **Support of all customers’ requests in French mainlyby chat, social media (calls are small percentage)**:

- Responds to End -User through the above mentioned communication channels
- Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Client’s query types: invoicing, subscription, service troubleshooting

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **895€ gross x 14 months (it's 1044€ gross x 12 months) -basic salary**:

- **up to 100€ gross** performance bonus/month
- **meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day** in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- **20 €/month - **Transport allowance
