**Job Description** As a Web Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Conducting in-depth analysis of web-data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Creating custom reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms.
- Utilizing A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize product and funnel performance.
- Identifying and troubleshooting website tracking issues, recommending solutions to enhance data accuracy.
- Providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, user segmentation, and audience targeting.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics
- 2+ years experience in web analytics, preferably within _iGaming_ domain
- Experience in managing and executing A/B testing and experimentation programs
- Experience working in Google Analytics, Tableau or Hotjar
- Expertise in SQL; experience working in cloud-based data platforms
- Specialized training or certification in web analytics tools and methodologies, such as Google Analytics or similar
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics software
- Familiarity with web technologies and tracking implementations, including tagging, pixels, and cookies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to diverse stakeholders
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
- Inclusive, positive, open to feedback, willing to multitask and learn on the job
