Procuramos Tech Recruiter com os seguintes requisitos:
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência mínima de 1 ano em recrutamento para o setor de tecnologia.
- Experiência prática em vários processos de seleção (entrevistas por vídeo, entrevistas por telefone, etc.).
- Português e inglês avançado/fluente para condução de reuniões e posições internacionais.
- Licenciatura em Psicologia, Administração de Empresas ou áreas afins.
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipa, com um forte sentido de responsabilidade e iniciativa.
- Atitude proativa e orientada para resultados.
- Atividades:
- Conduzir todo o processo de recrutamento, desde a triagem de currículo até a proposta, para diversos cargos, tais como: Consultor(a) SAP, Desenvolvedor(a) Java, de Software, Frontend e Backend, Mobile, Scrum Master, Project Manager, etc.
- Desenvolver e executar estratégias de recrutamento para atrair talentos qualificados de TI.
- Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira, das 09:00 às 18:00.
- Disponibilidade: Imediata.
