**Salary**: EUR 35-40K basic gross p/a (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (20% OTE)

**Hours**: 40 hrs per week Mon
- Fri office hrs

**The company**

Our client is a leading provider of high-performance outdoor heating solutions, recognized globally for its innovative designs and superior technology. They are setting up a new commercial team in Lisbon and are now looking for a highly motivated Spanish/English Business Development Manager to spearhead the market growth from the ground up.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify key opportunities, industry trends, and potential customer segments in Spain.
- Business Development & Sales: Identify, approach, and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and commercial customers.
- Networking & Partnerships: Build a strong network within the Spanish market to drive brand awareness and business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous outbound business development experience in a B2B setting
- Strong understanding of the Spanish market, including business culture, key players, and distribution channels
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking to assess market opportunities and risks.
- Willingness to travel to Spain and other location when necessary.
- Proven success in building a market from scratch and driving revenue growth.
- Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone

**Salary, benefits and relocation package**

Excellent competitive basic salary of EUR 35K-40K basic gross p/a (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (20% OTE). Excellent career progression opportunities available.
