Our Sales department is at the heart of the company and therefore closely involved with our Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Success & Admin Teams.
We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys selling in a culturally diverse and exciting environment of different countries, customers and teams. You definitely want to be part of the Compeno family For our Sales Team, based in Lisbon we are looking for an additional Business Development Manager for the Spanish Market (Portugal will be added to the scope, when you speak Portuguese as well)
What You Will Be Doing
● Research key players within certain categories in Spain and other markets and Establish and build relationships with prospects via phone, email and face-to-face networking;
● Build & convert a pipeline of national clients;
● The business development manager will also have account management responsibilities to help existing clients to expand into new markets/categories;
● Work together with the Sales Assistants Team and Customer Success Managers to make sure that our customers remain happy;
● Voicing customer concerns towards each responsible team within the entire organization and creating strategies to follow up on these consistently;
● Meet your ambitious but realistic targets.
What You Won't Be Doing
● Having the same cookie-cutter conversations over and over. You will build and maintain dynamic account relationships designed to last.
● Hoping you succeed but not knowing how. You will have a well-developed account planning and management process that guides you to success.
Salary & Benefits
- 1700 euros + 600 euros at 100% of targets
- Meal allowance: 7.8 euros/day – Coverflex card
- Transport bonus 20 euros per month – Coverflex card
