The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Energy industry. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive growth in the energy and renewables sector.

Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities within the energy and renewables market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market opportunities to senior management.

Profile

  • Proven experience in business development within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of the energy and renewables sector, including market trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
