Description
- Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities within the energy and renewables market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market opportunities to senior management.
Profile
- Proven experience in business development within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Strong understanding of the energy and renewables sector, including market trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
