Atualmente, estamos a recrutar para uma empresa de referência no setor de serviços tecnológicos. Procuramos um Business Development Manager na zona de Lisboa.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Gerir e acompanhar a carteira de clientes existentes, garantindo a satisfação e promovendo o crescimento das parcerias;
  • Identificar oportunidades para alargar os contratos de suporte continuado com clientes atuais e futuros;
  • Explorar o mercado para estabelecer novas relações comerciais e identificar potenciais clientes;
  • Oferecer aconselhamento técnico sobre os produtos e serviços da empresa, tanto para clientes atuais como potenciais;
  • Preparar relatórios detalhados sobre as atividades comerciais para informar e orientar a gestão;
  • Colaborar com o Service Delivery Manager para ultrapassar desafios e impulsionar o crescimento da empresa;
  • Realizar levantamento de requisitos técnicos e de serviço junto de novos clientes, traduzindo-os em soluções práticas e personalizadas;
  • Desenvolver propostas comerciais com base em cotações de produtos e estimativas de esforço, alinhando-as às necessidades específicas dos clientes.

Requisitos:

  • 5 a 8 anos de experiência em atividades técnico comerciais no setor de serviços geridos de TI;
  • Experiência comprovada na venda de serviços IT continuados;
  • Foco em metas e resultados, com dinamismo e proatividade;
  • Facilidade de relacionamento e comunicação, com capacidade de criar e manter parcerias sólidas;
  • Profissionais motivados, com forte capacidade de organização e trabalho autónomo;
  • Interesse genuíno e atualizado sobre as tendências tecnológicas;
  • Fluência em inglês;
  • Capacidade de colaborar efetivamente com diferentes equipas internas.
