**Mission**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transition Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the transition of IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure smooth and efficient project delivery, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of IT solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

**Perfil**
- Bsc/MSc in Information Technology area or similar;
- At least 5 years of experience as a Transition Manager;
- Experience in IT projects;
- Attention to detail;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Fluent in French (a plus);
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Good interpersonal skills.
