Vous recherchez une opportunité stimulante dans le domaine des ressources humaines ? Ne cherchez plus Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Coordinateur(trice) en Ressources Humaines passionné(e) pour rejoindre une équipe multiculturelle dynamique à Lisbonne. Vous aurez l'opportunité de contribuer activement à diverses fonctions RH, telles que le recrutement, la gestion des relations employés, la gestion des performances, et l'administration RH.

**L´Offre**:

- Coordination du processus de recrutement (publication d'offres d'emploi, tri des CV, entretiens, recommandations d'embauche).
- Facilitation de l'intégration des nouveaux employés et des programmes d'orientation.
- Fourniture de conseils et de soutien aux employés, assistance dans la résolution des conflits.
- Soutien à l'établissement des objectifs, évaluations de performance et planification du développement. Orientation et conseils aux gestionnaires et employés.
- Tenue précise des dossiers des employés et des bases de données RH. Préparation des contrats de travail, des politiques RH et des manuels de procédures.
- Veille sur les lois et réglementations en matière d'emploi pertinentes.

**Pré-Requis**:

- Diplôme de baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Ouverture et adaptabilité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Capacité à maintenir la confidentialité et à traiter les informations sensibles avec discrétion.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, en anglais et en français.
- Compétences analytiques et quantitatives.
- Une connaissance approfondie des principes RH, des pratiques et des lois en matière d'emploi serait un atout.
