We operate as a consulting service firm since 2013 and offer specialized consulting services to clients in the financial and information technology sectors.

We are currently looking for a
**Support Analyst** to integrate one of your project teams in
**Lisbon**.

**Main Tasks**:
Functional Support:

- Assist back-office users (our clients) in their day to day work, troubleshooting issues and designing workarounds to reduce incidents and problems faced during the day.
- Act as single point of contact for any OMR and Back-Office related topics.
- Coordinate different actors (Business, IT, Production) when addressing transversal issues.
- Understand business issue and business impacts.
- Propose solutions, anticipate future needs and be proactive to reducebusiness impacts.
- Continuous training on Business knowledge and OMR functionality to be able to keep service level on top.

Technical Support:

- Managed via Daily checks to be performed and automated alerting.
- Continuous training on OMR architecture.

**Technical Skills**:

- Good technical understanding of capital markets products and markets.
- English speaker is mandatory.
- Unix/Linux.
- SQL - PL/SQL (Oracle).
