We are currently in the process of recruiting a HR Consultant for our team

Your Challenges:

- Collaborate with partners to deeply understand their hiring needs;
- Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale for the future of our company;
- Managing the delivery of the project, according to plan;
- Maintain written and verbal communication with internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Building relationships with clients;
- **Winning new business.**

What you’ll need:

- Experience with national and international Recruitment (minimum 3 years);
- Experience working with internal and external partners and vendors to achieve goals on aggressive timelines;
- Excellent communication in English and Portuguese is mandatory
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills.

- Almada, Distrito de Setúbal: Deslocar-se ou estar disposto a mudar-se para o local da oferta antes de começar a trabalhar (obrigatório)

Habilitações literárias:

- Ensino superior (preferencial)

**Experiência**:

- Recrutamento e seleção: 3 anos (obrigatório)
- Consultoria de RH: 1 ano (obrigatório)

Idioma:

- Inglês (obrigatório)
