We target B2B and larger SME clients globally to deliver custom digital technology solutions and creative multimedia content.

We work with clients globally across different business sectors, including but not limited to following; Hospitality, Education, Finance, Architecture/Engineering, IT,E- Commerce, Entertainment, Sports & Fitness etc.

We are seeking the services of a Regional Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our expansion in the Portugal.

This role is 100% commission based with KPI bonuses.

your income depends on your input, performance and the contracts you close. With the right skills, you can generate consistent weekly earnings and also unlock massive payouts from high-value B2B projects.

Bring your expertise in Sales, Business Development, and lead generation to promote two high-paying services (Branding/Multimedia Design services & Software Dev/Web solutions) and earn exactly according to your input.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute growth strategies in the Portugal to support regional expansion.
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and enterprises.
- Collaborate with marketing to align business strategies & goals with campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and returning clients & Project Managers.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Proven success in closing high-value deals in tech or digital services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently generate and open new leads.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Digital Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- B2B marketing : 2 years (required)
