**Join the Customer Support Team for a Global Home Appliance Leader**

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Offering the most appropriate information and solutions aligned with customer queries
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to meet customer needs
- Document interactions and track cases to resolution

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **Base salary: 1166 € gross x 12 months**(or 1000 € gross x 14 months) - you choose the payment schedule
- **up to 100€ gross** performance bonus/month
- **meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day** in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- **20 €/month -**Transport allowance
- Your average _**monthly gross salar**_y ranges _**from€1,186 to €1431.**_

- **Fluency in Italian (C2 - native)**:

- **Communicative English level**:

- You live in Lisbon or you want to relocate there
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
