**Start** **ASAP** **Duration** **> 12 months** We are seeking a **Senior Global Command Center Operator** to join our international operations team. This critical role is part of the **Global Command Center**, responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of batch processes and system alerts within a 24/7 monitored environment. **Main Responsibilities**: - Monitor batch executions and manage errors based on standard procedures.- Track and analyze alerts from monitoring tools.- Escalate issues when necessary and maintain communication with internal IT teams.- - Work closely with other IT production teams across multiple locations. **Key Requirements**: - Seniority Level: Senior- Proven experience in IT production or operations environments.- Strong knowledge of writing and understanding shell scripts (e.g., Bash).- Comfortable using tools to track and manage incidents or tasks.**Basic LINUX/Unix skills**: navigating directories, reading logs, etc.- Ability to follow technical runbooks and incident procedures.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. **Other Details**: This is a **shift-based position** to ensure 24/7 coverage with proposed shifts including: **Shift 1**: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM**Shift 2**: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Final schedule will be determined based on local constraints.
