**Technical Operators: Food & Industrial Production | Relocation to the Netherlands**

Are you an experienced and motivated operator looking to grow your technical career in Europe?

Sempre Technology is recruiting skilled Technical Operators to join leading production facilities across the Netherlands, from food and bakery environments to advanced industrial manufacturing plants.

**What You’ll Do**
- Operate, monitor, and adjust automated production lines
- Perform quality checks and ensure smooth, safe production
- Identify and solve minor technical issues
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams
- Follow hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.)
- Work in 2- or 3-shift systems depending on the site

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience as a production, process, or machine operator
- Background in food, bakery, têxtile, or industrial manufacturing
- Technically minded with problem-solving ability
- Proactive team player willing to work shifts
- English communication skills (B1 or higher)
- EU nationality

**What’s On Offer**
- Monthly salary: €2,600 - €3,500 gross (depending on role & experience)
- Shift allowance: +15% to +20%
- Holidays: 25 days + 7 public holidays
- Holiday allowance: 8.33% of annual salary
- Paid pension (no employee contribution up to 1.5 years)
- Travel allowance & overtime pay
- Relocation support: housing, registration, and onboarding assistance
