**What you’ll be doing**

We are looking for a **Revenue Management Ops (Operations)** profile to join our growing Revenue Management team.

This is a **highly operational role**, ideal for someone who likes to get their hands dirty, execute daily tasks, support ongoing processes and help structure how things are done.

You will work closely with the Revenue Manager and Revenue Analysts, supporting the **operational execution of pricing, listings and owner communication**, while helping build and improve internal processes.

**Y**our main responsibilities will include**:

- Execute operational **pricing updates** under guidance from the Revenue team;
- **Create, update and maintain property listings** across platforms;
- Support the **management** and **optimization** of property announcements (content, pricing, availability);
- Assist with **operational communication to property owners** when needed;
- Help **document**, **improve** and **standardize** revenue-related processes;
- Support ad-hoc **operational tasks** related to revenue, pricing and listings;
- Ensure **data accuracy** and consistency across tools and platforms;
- Responsibility for **managing freelance teams** and full **ownership** of subcontractor management processes and workflows.

**Must have**
- Strong sense of responsibility and **ownership**;
- Ability to **follow processes and improve** them;
- Strong **hands-on attitude**, capable of executing operational work at scale, with proven ability or experience in **creating automations** to improve efficiency in operational processes;
- Comfortable working with **spreadsheets** and digital tools;
- Willingness to **learn fast** in a **dynamic** environment.

**Nice to have (but not required)**
- Background in hospitality, tourism, operations or administration;
- Experience with tools like **Excel / Google Sheets**;
- Any exposure to **property management**, listings or online platforms;
