What part will you play?
- As IT Compliance Specialist, you accompany key IT-projects, consult the colleagues on compliance related questions, and ensure the IT-solutions are compliant with internal/external requirements.
- You facilitate internal assessments of IT processes and IT systems with focus on appropriateness, compliance, and security.
- You define global processes and implement procedures, controls, security, and defensive measures to ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations and requirements.
- In your new role, you advise the IT management team on issues of regulatory relevance and act as an interface to internal and external auditors.
- In addition, you drive improvements in the established internal control systems (ICS) and you play a consultant role within IT-projects and system implementations.
- You are responsible for the organizational awareness of internal and external IT-requirements.

What you need to make real what matters.
- We are pleased to meet you, if you have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics or computer science.
- You have proven experience in the execution of IT General Controls (ITGC) audit procedures.
- You have knowledge of common IT standards (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, COSO, ISO/IEC 27001).
- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Qualifications in IT compliance, information security or IT risk management such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in the usage of data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Your ability to think in a structured and conceptual way and your quick perception are complemented by initiative, assertiveness, conflict management skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- To find your way around in your international environment, you are fluent in English, both spoken and written. German is beneficial.
