Fancy a career where you can combine practical, hands-on learning with some of the UK and Europe's most exciting technical projects? One thing's for sure - you'll always be learning

Initially you'll join the BJSS Academy to learn the tools and skills that will shape your future in IT and business consultancy. Then you'll join an experienced delivery team where you'll contribute to live projects, becoming increasingly 'hands-on' as you develop your skills.

You'll find a typical day on the Academy to be engaging, fun and informative. It will be filled with interactive sessions, run by our expert tutors who will make sure that you get the most out of your learning experience.

**So, while Computer Science or Mathematics degrees are ideal for roles at BJSS, we also welcome graduates from non-technical disciplines provided they have a passion for technology and some previous coding experience. Everybody's welcome**

As a Graduate Engineer, your role is to understand what technology challenges your clients are facing, and then find solutions to these challenges.

You'll work closely with other talented BJSSers - sometimes outside of your base location - to deliver advanced solutions to our clients throughout the UK and Europe. Not only will this experience allow you to develop your skills, but you'll also learn new techniques and refine your interests.

We want you to make the most of your potential, so to help you continue your learning, we'll help you achieve career-enhancing professional and industry certifications. You'll also hone your skills and experience of working in a variety of engineering roles, allowing you to specialise as a:

- Software Engineer
- Software Test Engineer
- Platform/DevOps Engineer
- Data Engineer
