This project involves providing customer service for a leading global brand specializing in small household appliances. Operating in over 150 countries, the company offers innovative kitchen, home care, and personal care products, including coffee machines, blenders, vacuum cleaners, and more.

As a Customer Advisor, you will assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and support services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong focus on innovation and customer.

As a Customer Support you will:

- **Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns** (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: “My toothbrush stopped working”, “My TV arrived today after the repair, however it’s still not working”
- **Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information** (i.e.: I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering”
- **Answers delivery questions like**: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”

What do we expect:

- **Fluency in French (C2 - native)**:

- **Communicative English level (min. B2)**:

- You live in Portugal (mainland) or you want to relocate there (with company support)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

- **900€ gross x14 months** (it's 1050€ x12 months) -base salary
- **up to 75€ gross** / month - project bonus
- **up to 100€ gross** performance bonus/month,
- **20€ -Transport allowance**:

- **meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day**(approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
