We offer an efficient and fast remote recruitment process, along with a remote work model across Portugal.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn good money year-round in Portugal

**Rotating Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 18:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 - 17:00
- Plus 2 rotating days off (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week)

**Sales experience is required (mandatory).**

We are strengthening our remote team across Portugal with French-speaking employees - we need you to support our customers

**As a Customer Service Representative, You Will**:

- Assist with cruise bookings and manage reservations (inbound calls only)
- Sell cruise packages
- Cross-sell and upsell cruise packages and related products.
- Provide support for booking management and post-booking inquiries.
- Assist travel agents with bookings.
- Answer customer questions about destinations, ships, documentation, prices, etc.

The focus in this role is on providing excellent customer service and supporting travelers in planning the perfect cruise.

**Competitive Salary & Benefits Package**:

- **Base Salary**: 1000€ gross per month x 14 months
- **Meal voucher: 7.23€ net per day (**approximately 145€ net per month via a voucher card)

- Fixed-term full-time employment contract for 6 months (according to Portuguese law)

**What We Expect**:

- **Fluent French (minimum C2 - native level)**:

- **English skills at a minimum B2 level**:

- **Proven sales experience (mandatory)**:

- Previous experience in tourism and/or travel agencies is a plus.
- You live in Portugal (mainland)
- A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for interacting with people

**EU citizenship or a valid residence permit in Portugal is mandatory**
