**The Work You'll Do**

As a valued member of our growing Client Registrations Team, you will be responsible for the accurate preparation and filing of registration documentation to the relevant Tax authorities across UK/Europe for new and existing clients. You will be providing vital support to the onboarding of Sovos clients and prospects from Sales into Compliance by managing all aspects of the registration process. Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 months with the potential to be made permanent.
- Acting as the first point of contact for new clients and assisting them with the complete registration process
- Create and file company registrations for our clients ensuring all data is accurate, up to date and submitted within strict deadlines
- Regular correspondence and contact with both clients and local tax authorities across EU/EEA in relation to registrations
- Track the unique country registration process for each country where Sovos act.
- Monitor and regularly update systems, clients and tax offices throughout the registration process
- Ensure ongoing maintenance of Country Registration Manuals and relevant support document templates, updating them when necessary
- Working closely with the Compliance Service Teams to provide a seamless transition from Sales into Compliance

**What We Need From You**
- Possess first class attention to detail including data accuracy and deadline management
- Proficient in MS Office products specifically Word and Excel
- Be confident in prioritising a busy working schedule which ensures registrations are filed within set time frames
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a poised telephone manner
- Able to work proactively in a fast-paced changing environment
- A willingness to learn new skills as business needs dictate
