Provide Guidance and Support: Assist internal customers with GBS.NTP processes and policies, resolving queries related to Source To Pay operations.
-Training and Reporting: Deliver end-to-end training on purchasing systems (both in-person and virtual) and prepare comprehensive procurement-related reports.
-System Facilitation and Optimization: Facilitate efficient use of the Source To Pay system (Ariba Guided Buying) and collaborate with teams to improve the user experience.
-Compliance and Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on purchase requests, conduct regular reviews for policy adherence, and strive for compliance with Source To Pay policies.
-Issue Resolution and Workflow Management: Address and resolve issues, escalate tickets when needed, maintain workflows, and close tickets upon resolution.
- WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent spoken and written abilities.
- Strong understanding of Source To Pay processes and practices.
- Economics-related degree, with 2 to 4 years of procurement/helpdesk experience.-
